Laws against Estate Agents |

 The Spanish Government will introduce new laws against the abuses made by real-estate agents against their unsuspected clients. These new laws are aimed to make the estate agency sector more transparent and by doing so, providing greater guarantees to buyers and sellers.
At the moment basically anyone with a mobile phone can set up a real-estate agency, without having the professional qualification. Spain hopes these new laws offer more protection to buyers and protect their interest.
